Man Lā Yaḥḍuruhu al-Faqīh (Arabic:  مَن لايَحضُرُه الفَقيه ‎, For Him Who Has No Access to a Jurist) is one of the Four Books of Shia hadith, compiled by Shaykh al-Ṣadūq (Ibn Bābawayh al-Qummī, d. 991 CE). It serves as a practical guide to Islamic law and ethics, collecting over 9,000 narrations from the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) and the Imams of his household. The book focuses on daily religious duties, moral conduct, and legal rulings related to worship, transactions, family life, and community affairs. It was intended as a self-contained reference for believers seeking authentic guidance without direct access to a jurist.
